Wilson is a very dedicated and knowledgeable trainer. He has motivated me and always encouraged me to
do my best. I have not only lost all the weight I wanted to lose but have never felt this fit in all my life. I
was never a runner but Wilson not only trained me for a 5K run but also encouraged me a lot. Ever since,
I have not only found running a lot easier and also have the strength and energy for it. Wilson's strength

My husband and I have been training with Wilson since January 2008. I have been running regularly for
about 10 years but struggled to motivate my husband to work out with me on a regular basis. After
convincing him to try out 12 training sessions with Wilson, we are both addicted. It is amazing the difference
his training sessions have made for both of us. Not only are we stronger, with a higher endurance level,
we are so much healthier. Wilson challenges us each week with intense cardio and strength training
sessions that few, if any, individuals would do on their own. We could not be happier for making the

Personal training with Wilson has brought a sense of accomplishment to my life that I would not have
thought possible. I was quite apprehensive about working out with Wilson initially because I wanted to
be in "better shape" before I began working with him so that I would not be humiliated. I have learned
how unrealistic that view is and have since realized the value of his training. Weight loss, toning, smaller

Wilson has helped me achieve a level of fitness that I never thought was possible. He continues his fitness
education to incorporate the safest and most effective techniques into my workout, so I always complete
my training session 100% satisfied. Before I met Wilson I was addicted to only cardio. Since starting to train

I had 10 pounds that I could not lose, despite working out on a regular basis. I decided to train with Wilson
and in the first 2 months, I lost 12 pounds and several inches. So far I lost 15 lbs. and went from a size 8 to
a size 4. I am not highly motivated and he pushes me where I wouldn't push myself. Most importantly, I am
enjoying my workouts and continually seeing changes in my body.
