Why proper nutrition is essential to a healthy lifestyle and will aid in reaching your personal fitness goals:

  • Nutrition is the foundation for good performance during your workout as well as everyday life.
  • If your diet isn't "in shape" then no workout can make-up for a bad diet...you simply will not see the results you want. 
  • A proper diet will allow your body to burn fat versus muscle during your workout and help you lose unwanted fat, as well as prevents your body from moving into starvation mode where your body actually begins to store fat. 
  • A structured diet based on your personal goals / needs provides you a thought free road map to personal success.
  • Our programs create a specific time frame when you will reach your personal goals, based on following our recommended meal plans. 

Program options and how it works: 

Our plans start with full body measurements, 7 pt sight body composition analysis, and circumference measurements followed by an initial nutrition assessment. During your assessment, we will review your current exercise routines, your daily lifestyle (i.e. sedentary, moderately active, or active), your personal goals (i.e. weight loss, change in body composition, build muscle), protein requirements to meet your goals, your body type (how well your body responds to exercise and diet), and any health issues you have been diagnosed with. Upon completion of assessment, proper calculations will provide your personal caloric needs to meet your goals. 

After your initial diet assessment, you will move forward with our monthly program. We will develop a comprehensive nutrition program with meal plans including grocery lists that are designed and nutritionally balanced by registered and licensed dietitians that meet your personal caloric needs. You will have secure online access to your personal nutrition program and will have the freedom to make food exchanges to what you eat while still meeting your nutritional goals. You will have access to activity logs to watch how what you do impacts the number of calories you need in a day. You will keep food logs helping to hold you accountable, and see how following or diverting from the program will affect the results and timeline to meet your goals. We will continually be monitoring your progress and assessing your plan to keep you moving on the right track.
