Helpful Tips to keep your Nutrition in Check!

  • Eat every 3 hours with portioned calorie intake of carbohydrates, protein and fats.
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Make sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet – we need 25 grams a day!
  • Your first meal should be consumed within an hour of waking up to get your metabolism moving.
  • Your last meal (snack) should be consumed within an hour of going to bed.
  • If you are hungry at meal time then you have waited too long to eat.
  • If you eat until your feel full and uncomfortable then you have eaten too much.
  • Get plenty of sleep 7-8 hours per night!
