Improve your heart and tone up fast with a super-charged combo of strength and cardio. Our interval program joins TRX training and Rip trainers with the anaerobic benefits of incorporating rope jumping drills, kettlebell intervals, and the use of smash balls. 

You will receive a total body workout in 60 minutes! We work with all levels of fitness, and will make sure you get the best possible workout. TRX Cardio Circuit will tone, strengthen, and improve your overall sports performance allowing you to achieve a higher level of overall fitness. It is great to challenge and surprise your body which aid in new results. It is a perfect addition to your fitness regimen!

How is TRX Cardio Circuit different from a standard TRX class?

Is the perfect blend of TRX Suspension Training and cardio intervals utilizing Jump Ropes, Kettle bells, and Smash Balls. 

Do I need to pre-register for class?

Yes, please register for class in advance. Registration directions are listed below.

Can I take the class if I have not worked out recently?

Yes, please inform the instructor and we will be sure to help you with modifications as needed.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring water, a towel and a yoga mat for some stretches and exercises that might require laying on the floor.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your session through your member profile. Please provide a 24 hour advance notice in order to not be charged for your session.

Registration directions:

  1. Current members please login. New members please create an account.
  2. Select the TRX Cardio Circuit schedules tab.
  3. Go to the search section toward the bottom of the page.
  4. Select expected start date using the calendar at the bottom left.
  5. Select potential end date using the calendar on the right.
  6. Hit the search button.
  7. Find the class you are interested in joining.
  8. Click on "Book" to secure your spot in the class.
