Cardio Kickboxing Intervals
You will experience kickboxing drills (punches, kicks and various moves like shuffling and ducking) and cardio/speed drills. Think 60 min of high impact cardio. You can burn up to 1000 calories in one class! Keep in mind this isn't your typical choreographed class. We change it up every time...you will never be disappointed and will always be challenged all while having a great time doing it!
- Registration is required to attend class.
- Prepayment for class is required.
- Individual sessions or BarNone Group Fitness Passport packages are available for purchase through our secure member portal located in the "Store".
What to expect:
Kickboxing drills including punching, ducking and shuffling, also incorporating the use of jump ropes and strike bags. Don't worry, you don't need to have any previous experience in kickboxing to attend our class. We will make sure you are comfortable with all exercises incorporated in class.
What to bring:
Please bring water, towel or mat and strike gloves.
Registration directions:
- Current members please login. New members please create an account.
- Select the Cardio Kickboxing schedules tab.
- Go to the search section toward the bottom of the page.
- Select expected start date using the calendar at the bottom left.
- Select potential end date using the calendar on the right.
- Hit the search button.
- Find the class you are interested in joining.
- Click on "Book" to secure your spot in the class.
