Join BarNone Training for a fun and invigorating boot camp challenge. Start seeing results today!

 

What to Expect:
Our Boot Camp classes are outdoors in a park setting
(weather permitting).
    A typical day of Boot Camp involves:

• stretches
• running
• stair climbing
• sprints
• lunges
• push-ups
• body sculpting
• abdominal work
• isometrics
• ending with more stretches

What to Bring:

• Towel or Mat
• Large Water Bottle
• Workout gloves
• Tennis shoes
• Sun Screen
• Insect Repellant



Registration directions:

  1. Current members please login. New members please create an account.
  2. You will be on the boot camp schedules tab.
  3. Go to the search section toward the bottom of the page.
  4. Select expected start date using the calendar at the bottom left. 
  5. Select potential end date using the calendar on the right.
  6. Hit the search button.
  7. Find the class you are interested in joining.
  8. Click on "Book" to secure your spot in the class.

*Boot camps must have a minimum of ten people registered in order for the class to take place.*

Meeting location: Enter park on 151st and Mullen - meet at east side of Mullen entrance. Boot Camp class held outdoors.
