BarNone Training is committed to getting to know each individual, learn their goals and make sure they achieve success. We pride ourselves on teaching how to make living healthy a way of life, something to look forward to everyday!

BarNone Training is a privately owned and operated fitness company founded in 2008 by Wilson Thomas. Wilson is a ISSA Certified Personal trainer and a former professional athlete. We are located in Lenexa, Kansas and serve the Kansas City metro area. We are dedicated to helping our clients make changes in their physical and mental well-being through Personal and Group Training, Boot Camp, Cardio Kickboxing, Total Conditioning and Yoga classes.

Services


Personal & Group Training - One-on-one personal training with one of our certified trainers, or choose to workout the a group and share the comradiarie of getting fit.

Speed & Agility Training - Personalized TEAM Training focusing on improving the skills and abilities of the individual athlete as well as the overall team. The program focuses on speed, coordination, stamina, agility, balance and strength.

BarNone Training Boot Camp - Fun, Convienent, Affordable! We offer boot camps in outdoor park locations through-out the KC Metro!

Total Conditioning— An enhanced blend of Boot Camp and Cardio Kickboxing Intervals. You will tone, strengthen, and improve your overall endurance allowing you to achieve a higher level of overall fitness. We work with all levels of fitness, and will make sure you get the best possible workout. Total Body Conditioning will get your heart rate moving and have a blast in the process. You will receive a total body workout in 60 minutes!

TRX Cardio Circuit— Improve your heart and tone up fast with a super-charged combo of strength and cardio. Our interval program joins TRX training with the anaerobic benefits of incorporating rope jumping drills, kettlebell intervals, and the use of smash balls.

Corporate Boot Camp - Whether it is before work, during lunch or after work we will provide a great workout, conventiently held on-site at your office location.

Bridal Boot Camp - Share the experience of getting fit and looking great for your big day with other brides just like you! 

Cardio Kickboxing Intervals -  A high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and kickboxing drills into 60 minutes of challenging intervals. It is a cardio blast - a new challenge each time!

Yoga - Participants from beginner to advanced will benefit from our Vinyasa style class as we combine rhythmic breathing with a series of yoga postures that flow together for a total body workout promoting strength, balance and flexibility.

Body Composition/Fitness Evaluation - Part of a true assessment to one's health is understanding your body composition and having a complete fitness evaluation, so you can achieve all your fitness goals.


Wilson’s Background
Wilson played four years of football and two years of basketball for the University of Nebraska. He graduated from the University with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in management. He then signed with the Kansas City Chiefs and then went on to play for the Green Bay Packers. He played one season for NFL Europe and two years of arena football for the Arizona Rattlers.

In 2005, Wilson decided to pursue a career in personal training. He received his ISSA (International Sports Science Association) personal training certificate in August of 2005. He joined Prairie Life Fitness as a personal trainer shortly after. He was the lead trainer at PLF for all three years that he trained there.

In March of 2008, Wilson decided to start his own company specializing in personal training and boot camps. Wilson has worked with over 200 clients and currently he maintains approximately 75 clients.
